But I booked them because of price and I usually check out previous guest photos to make sure nothing’s too bad or dirty, and everything was just like the guest photos. "Checking in a liitle awkward as information email unknowingly went to junk folder so I had to request assistance to get in the front door which was obviously irritating to desk clerk, not a good start but everything after that was fine."

"The Hotel is really nice staff very friendly. The rooms need updating the carpet needs to be replaced. The bedding was very comfortable and the views were awesome. Overall this Hotel is just steps away from time square and very convenient. House keeping did a great job cleaning the room. My only suggestion would be to have a Microwave to reheat food after going to the restaurant and having left overs . If possible have a location where there is a microwave if they can not put one in every room...

"I needed a place to stay near Amtrak/Penn station - this was perfect.. from check in quick and informative with Rashid. The room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. Shower was good (water pressure could have been a bit more - but it was fine). Check out was also seamless. Thank you Hilton for your hospitality! "

"The rooms and bathroom were a bit tight, but beds were very comfy. My only real.complaint was when we checked out I dropped off my keys before going to the grab and go breakgast and was informed I would have to pay even tho i was a customer drom the night before. This was disappointing. We loved the shower!!!!!"
