"To be extremely blunt this should not be a hotel available on hotels.com, it's dirty, the descriptions are all false and we understand from locals it's more a rent a room for an hour sort of place, we left thirty minutes after arriving and checked into an alternative clean hotel. We are still waiting for our refund as well. "

"This property is NOT 4-stars! Totally over-rated. Maximum 2 stars. The outside of the so-called "hotel" is a tiny dingy dirty alleyway with an open sewage running along the entryway to the "hotel". When we arrived there was no electricity (so no working elevator) and the apartment was freezing cold as a result. It was not cleaned before we arrived (dirty everywhere) and they started cleaning while we were at the apartment with dirty water. The toilet was leaking, the bathroom taps were rusted...

"Even though we booked 2 night's stay, we stayed only for 8 hours. Check-in was in afternoon, and we informed the hotel about our late check-in due to international flight late arrival. We checked in at 3 a.m. (almost 13 hours late), still room was not ready or clean. After numerous requests, toiletries were finally provided at 9 a.m. Breakfast was also not at all satisfactory.
