All employees from the reception to Breakfast, and Spa services have kind and helpful. there were a couple of rainy days during our stay, but we enjoyed the holiday thanks to the pools, gym and sauna facilities. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and shops. I would recommend this place to have a family break

The staffs starting from one of the manager called Oliver aka James Bond was very helpful throughout especially organising my wife’s 50th birthday celebration. The receptionist too were professional, room was very okay and the restaurant/ kitchen staff were fantastically professional and ready to help any time you approach them. Personal very caring- hotel rather new. Small flies all over thé beds when we arrived- spa in dirty state- for a 4 stars, it doesnt feel well- we wanted to use the sauna at 21 and it was not funcioning. We hear everything from the rooms- people walking- moving the beds- music from the hall

Hotel was just as the photos showed. Meal options always a good variety to be had. Staff always friendly and polite. We didn't use the spa but pool was open until late and a good temperature. Buses we found to be so easy and frequent to use from outside the hotel connecting all over the island and €2 for a 2 hour ticket super value for money. Good variety of spots to eat in walking distance and some shops to browse around. Would stay here again if visiting Malta.

Great stay in this hotel, the view from the pool at the 7th floor is beautiful and cocktails are a must over there. Bus stop in front of the hotel and guest services are also very good. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved the pizza.

Excellent hotel located in Melhelia village. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet was excellent with endless food options and drinks with meals a definite plus. We used the spa facilities and were not disappointed - excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel and it's facilities and look forward to visiting again soon
