Keith, Hisani, Melanie, Michael, and many others, everyone, everyone had a smile, said hello, went above and beyond, and frankly, made us feel like we were long time friends. "Not quite the luxury experience we were expecting however we eventually had a great holiday once we accepted the food and organisation were not going to be up to our standards (given the price we paid). We travelled mid January -the hotel was reasonably busy but not greatly so. The catering staff are not independent thinkers.
