"Honestly overall I loved my stay here. The food was good and resort food is usually a miss for me. But Serenades Buffet was good. Only thing was that we had to request rags, which wasn’t too big of a deal. Honestly the trip was like a 8/10 solid. Room was very clean pool was extremely nice. "

"The property was very nice but the lobby doors were in very very bad shape. We couldn’t find a place to clean our feet to go into the hotel from the beach. One of the rooms was not ready but they did make it up to us which was extremely nice. The restaurant was good but they don’t have any indoor area. So it started raining and we really didn’t have anywhere to go sit. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful landscaping. The rooms were beautiful. "

"We stayed here with a group of 6 of us & each couple had their own room. Upon arrival the property is beautiful, but the rooms leave much to be desired. The doors and wood paneling around them were warping which made our door almost impossible to close. Another couple on our trip had a balcony door that wouldn’t latch & even after multiple requests to have it fixed it was not addressed. The mini fridge in another one of our rooms did not work & when called down to the desk to alert them that it...
