Service was not existent here. Heavily a fend for yourself resort, all staff were useless and did not care about guests. Rooms were dusty and gross. Everything is outdated including the pools and loungers. Food was absolutely disgusting in the buffets, reservations restaurants had better food but still poor service.

I came from New York and it was my fourth stay at this hotel. Everything was amazing.. Reception, housekeeping, all the service staff, everyone was great. All the staff are so happy and helpful, you feel like you are in heaven. I hope to see you again soon, thank you very much to the entire management team.

Resort was very large and had many amenities. The beach is beautiful, especially great for families! Food selection was very good, choices for everyone. Majority of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion would be to have a real coffee bar that operates all day, not just the machines. Surprised there wasn’t one as coffee culture is big these days. I fortunately I brought my own! Otherwise I would highly recommend this resort.

Resort was beautiful, staff were friendly however there was a strong language barrier. Technology assisted with that thankfully. Food was for the most part good, there were a few instances of undercooked food (specifically the hamburgers) but we could always find more than enough options each meal.
