The staff was amazing. Our butler Darrel was very attentive and checked on us everyday. The food was acceptable not great. The property needs quite a lot of work such as painting and cleaning. We love staying here and will most likely return.

There is three separate Majestic Hotels on the Property but all contacted which can get confusing on the first day trying to get around. A lot of the staff did not speak English which made it hard to communicate and ask about certain things. They changed our room last minute and downgraded us and gave us a credit without telling us which was frustrating because we booked the specific room for our honeymoon but they were able to make it right and got us in the correct room the next day. I think the most frustrating part was that there was a lot of people on the beach walking around and trying to sell you things, didn’t matter if you were relaxing or reading a book they would not stop coming up to you even after saying no multiple times. Also they did not seem as organized as previous Majestic hotels we were in.

My wife and I had such a great vacation here. The food was all great (especially Ma suri). We had the best experiences with staff members, who were all so polite and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. It was a great week for us, and we would highly recommend this resort for anyone that wants to have fun while also being able to relax. The only downside is fairly limited options. We were there during the rainy season, so on days that it rained, space was limited to the 3-4 indoor bars that you could sit at if you didn’t want to be in your room.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Our butler Edith was the butler and did an excellent job the food was good with a large variety, rhe pools were clean and swimup bars was great. Clean beach with dervice on beach definitely recommended

Booked a week here, service by reception was top notch. Service by the dining staff and towel personnel needs work. Quality of food is okay at best. Booked a week here, only stayed 2 days out of 5. The manager was very apologetic and nothing against him or the reception and concierge staff. Was quite disappointed with the all inclusive food hours at various locations. The female hostess at the rodeo grill needs an attitude check and learn to sear guests, rather than engaged with her conversation. I’m fluent in Spanish and know for a fact, her conversation had no importance in it. The personnel assigned to towels at both the pool and the beach needs to restock clean dry towels. During my short visit, it seems as the hotel was quite empty, still curious as to why they didn’t have towels available at multiple locations, the person assigned to the towel booths were just standing there. In the end, we left to a different hotel; service and quality of food was superior.

Our family had a wonderful time! The staff are exceptional. Adrian was a waiter that we asked for over and over again because of his fantastic service. All employees were kind, polite, and most always had a smile to greet you. Ola!
