I actually loved the property - The employees for the most part were not very pleasant to deal with. However is was only the female employees - The male employees were wonderful. It was a shame because I was there with my two teenage daughters and we had a incident almost everyday that was unpleasant from a female employee.

The property is nice and well maintained. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better. There was still sand in the shower, hair on the floor and another rooms room card fell out of one of the rolled up towels. The bed was very comfortable. Would have slept great if housekeeping didn’t let every door slam against the lock as they went in and out for hours. More consideration should be given to guests not up checking out.

Great location and ambience. The property overall is a great place to stay and relax. They have several pools and bars & restaurants. The scenic beauty around the property is breathtaking. However be mindful when you book trips via concierge SEAL tourism agency . They will make false promises and not give value for money. Rest all is great.

We stayed there during New years vacation. The service is terrible. The restaurants in the resort takes almost a hour to deliver food . The resort has a lot of amenities to enjoy like the beach island and water park and that was the only good thing and the views of the ocean was stunning.

While the staff at this resort is wonderful -like everyone we met in Puerto Rico, the hotel is understaffed so be prepared to wait for everything. The property didn’t have working WiFi, elevators didn’t work, limited lighting from the parking lot to the hotel. It’s not worth the price.

Many doors (except a few) are not wheel chair or baby stroller friendly, without a push button. Many entrances often have a mental bump making wheelchair or stroller harder to pull through. For a luxurious facility, these issues should have been considered

Love this resort. Have stayed here 2 times already and the staff, rooms, bar and etc are always nice and the property is beautiful. Perfect for family or a friends trip and the private island is a plus and they have transportation there which makes it even better.

Let’s start off by saying we had been coming to Conquistador for years. We had so many great memories. This was not one of them ! Every day we would wake up to alarms saying evacuate your building and do not use elevators. The big boats that take you out to Palomino island were down so they had small boats taking you back and forth. Each wait was over an hour. Two of our three tours were cancelled too. I would suggest finding a better bang for your bucks. Oh yeah that does not include they sneak a 65 dollar a day resort fee on you too! Very disappointed and will not be going back

The complex is huge with numerous pools, activities, awesome view of the ocean and excursions to the private island palimino. The only issue we had was with the building (#3) as its a very old building in need of repairs. The door would need to be slammed hard or kicked to open and close. The bath room door handle came off after the 2nd day. Also WiFi was slow and at times not available in the room.

A lot of time is wasted waiting for the ferry. Schedule changes. Each ferry can only accommodate 70 people so even if you go for the hourly or every half hour schedule you end up waiting for next ferry - which would be on the average, another 30-minute wait. We were also over-charged for our room. They said someone will call us up to fix the over-charges but no one did. Self-parking ($17/night) is also not convenient. You have to wait for the golf carts to pick you up or you walk
