"Hotel room and common area was well-taken care of and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and easy to contact via text. Cleaning staff were responsive and friendly. Very good support for English speakers. Marc Anthony room was similar in space to New York City hotel room - not spacious but perfectly adequate. On street level, windows have tinting but in the evening you should close the blinds for full privacy. Excellent food, Walmart, Marshalls, fruit market, beaches within 30 min walking distance....

"Very nice hotel in a great area. Warning to those planning to leave luggage in storage the day you check out— we were leaving on a Sunday and they told us as we were dropping our bags that we had to be back by 3pm to get them. It really cut our last day short! We had a late evening flight and ended up stuck waiting for the second half of the day instead of exploring. I know this isn’t the hotel’s responsibility but would have been good to know beforehand as we would have booked elsewhere "

"Very old building in the heart of old San Juan. Place was exactly as pictures showed. Clean, well equipped. Super hot water. Had towels, bedding, shampoo and soap. The place was perfect for us. The host was extremely helpful and replied to messages immediately. Self check-in and check-out was very easy. Noisy at night, yes, but we knew that. It was actually entertaining sitting on the balcony watching the bar scene action across the street from us. Would definitely stay here again."

"It was a great location, easy to find, and peaceful. It is just up the hill from Soufriere. Resort has amazing views and friendly staff. The restaurant serves great food. Cottage was nice and bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend you have a rental car. Some of the property grounds were run down but staff was working on that while we were there."

"Our stay was amazing. The hotel is located on a beautiful, well maintained beach. From housekeeping to the restaurant to the concierge staff, everyone was bery friendly and accommodating. A big shoutout to Raphael, who gave us great tips for navigating San Juan and Ole San Juan."

"The property is great for the price especially in comparison to ones 15-20 minutes down the road. The lady Anna at the front desk is super amazing! So friendly and helpful! There are several options for great authentic Puerto Rican food super close and even a shopping mall and several other food options about 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The property has an excellent location. The parking setup is perfect and very needed in this area. What is preventing me from eating it 5 stars is that the apartment did not have a WiFi router the week that I was there. I did talk to the front desk about the WiFi connection in the room and they said they would check. I finally found the place we're the router was supposed to be (inside the closet, high on the front wall of the closet) and there was NO router. I would make sure that you ask...

"The property was pretty central to everything you would want to access or do on the island. You’ll definitely require a JEEP if you’re planning to venture out on your own. It was safe and quiet but rather difficult to find after dark. Signage for the property isn’t well lit and a bit faded. A few of the condo buildings still had hurricane damage and were fenced off but looked a little destitute in the daytime. Overall, the unit we stayed in was beautifully renovated and comfortable. "We decided to come 1 day early to Nassau, and to check off a bucket list, I booked us at Margaritaville. I cannot say one thing about this property I did not love. All staff members we encountered were friendly and welcoming. The service NO matter where we were attended is with enthusiasm and the property was magnificent. Our room looked out over the ocean and the views were breathtaking. Being at Margaritaville made the stay at the other resort the rest of the week a true disappointment. See you next summer Margaritaville!!"

"The property itself is outdated, I can’t say I had a bad experience there though, I had AC the whole time, light never went out and water worked fine. The food is my only complaint tbh. And more outlets! The key definitely did stop working one night. They need to invest in updating the whole hotel. But overall I had a great time. "
