Since I just came back from my trip to the Dominican Republic and stayed at the Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort. Here is my thorough review on this beautiful, amazing hotel. First off, when choosing hotels. I wanted to make sure my hotel had a lot of photo opportunities, amazing food and amazing vibes as in, it wasn't too relaxing but not overly a party resort, the beach had to be amazing too. I felt like this resort was PERFECT. Hit right in the middle of what I was searching for. there were 9 restaurants tons of bars and a club. There were events EVERYDAY. Whether it was on the beach, by the huge infinity pools, in the theatre, in the club etc. They have an entertainment team that made the hotel soo lively and soo wonderful. There was never a dull moment which made my stay amazing. I became friends with two of the entertainment people, Perla Negra & Pinky, they made our stay amazing and are soooo talented at what they do! The food was amazing! I feel like for resort food it was a delicious! I really, highly recommend the french restaurant, hibachi restaurant, steak restaurant, and mexican restaurant as my top choices! The beach was BREATHTAKING. Super soft white powdery sand, blue waters, when I went there was no seaweed until the last day after a storm. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations. It was truly wonderful and a dream. I think I chose the best one with a great balance. check out my full review on google! Theres a limit on here.

This is a typical resort experience. Lots of restaurants. Staff could have better customer service and friendlier. It rained a lot during my time there. I unfortunately got traveller’s diarrhea. It was good overall.

We had a great time with kids. The staff was friendly. All the restaurants had great food options. We ate almost at all the restaurants. We received an upgrade with sea/pool side views. Really a great experience overall. The staff is attentive and welcoming. Also the fact that they have a small casino, beautiful gym and a theater where they perform shows is awesome. Only opportunities I saw here were the divisions of bracelets. We had to pay extra for an adult bracelet but never saw that as an option prior to booking, so we had to pay extra for the day to use it. The adult bracelet allows you access to the adult swimming pool and bar. Also when getting the bracelet I’m not sure if the person dealing with is was training but he made the experience highly unenjoyable as he took maybe 15 minutes to process information, it was to the point where someone had to intervene and said give them their passes and figure out the rest after so they can enjoy their time. I won’t drop that front desk agents name. Also if you decide to relax on the beach prepare to be heckled by individuals who want you to take a photo with their parrot, use their boat or sell you weed. Other than that this hotel is absolutely beautiful. 4.5 stars
