"I only stay for one day on a 13 day vacation. The power went out for more than 12 hours. Furthermore, there was no plumbing when the power went off. No ability to wash your hands or flush the toilet. It felt like being in a “HotBox”!! The hostess said that the power was out city wide, However, in town there was no problem with the power.. I chose this location because of its reviews. Clearly they are not being honest about the reviews.. "

There is an adults only pool which does not have entertainment, but I was hoping to enjoy the lazy river, but the music and speakers were too loud. "

"Very nice stay 1/26-1/31. The resort was not crowded at all so no waiting for anything. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Happy that they have running/walking trails and the aura pool was great to do laps. The food at breakfast was amazing. We got breakfast included and it was worth it. Roots and Palio restaurant were our favorite."

"This hotel is a different world, and one of the few places where they have every detail down perfectly. The service could not be better, and if you’ve been to Jamaica previously and seen the sights, there simply is no reason to leave the hotel grounds. We especially like Cottages 3 and 4, but have not stayed in a bad room yet. The private beach is perfect, as is the beach bar (“Teddy’s”). Croquet, anyone? Please don’t forget to pack your whites. The kitchen runs smoothly, and the menu is varied....
