"The staff were amazing making sure we were comfortable, I went with a family members. My daughter ended up getting sick and above and Beyond to make sure we got medication for her. They were so attentive it was impressive, it was definitely an experience, There isn’t much entertainment they do have horseback riding, Bonfire deck that you could jump off to tje pool. "Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. Two days prior to arrival, I was sent an email form w/ one of the questions asking when we'd be arriving. I selected the noon-2pm...

"Amazing property, beautiful, nice, and clean, only negative was that there is not AC, other than that I love how clean it was. Another negative, the restaurant has a dish that I ordered for $800 pesos and the lady at the restaurant charged double the price for the tourist, I ended up paying almost $2,000 for the dish and one small beer. Keep an eye on your orders and if possible take a picture of the menu when you order. Or just go eat elsewhere. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this...
