You don't know the restaurants hours, you can't find events or plan your stay, the entertainment group isn't always knowlegeable and gives you different information. You have to make reservations for dinner each night or eat at the buffet and if you miss reservations or are late there is a $20 charge. "Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel El Convento!! Fell in love with the courtyard and was so nice to have turn down service!! Only critique was there were issues with the elevator during our stay and it was the only one available. Not too bad doing stairs with only five floors, but as someone who has a handicapped family member, would want to make sure there were a couple of accessibility options to accessing the pool and terrace. Overall though we loved loved our stay and will return! "

"Our butler Jean Claude was wonderful. Honestly everyone on staff was wonderful and I wish I could remember names but it really was every staff member we encountered. They were always friendly and welcoming. The extra care in decorating the room for my birthday was just another happy memory I have from our stay here. I’m so grateful for all of them. My only complaints about the resort is some minor areas where I noticed things needed repair and there were some bad smells coming from the bathroom...

"Seven is a beautiful property… very friendly staff for the most part. We didn’t find them as friendly at the beach front bar and restaurant called the Deck. We didn’t like that we had to go get a beach chair set up at 7 am if we wanted front row. We thought the resort needed to play some nice music around the pool area. We would definitely stay again despite those few issues. "
