"The pull out sofa was an abysmal bed. Not worth it to pay for that when there were springs poking through the mattress that had zero padding. Good was good. Hotel was clean. Only complaint was the pull out sofa as a bed. "

"Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. Breakfast was ok. I found the room very warm and needed to open the window during -15c to cool down a bit. The radiators didn’t seem to be adjustable."

"Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару "

"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees: "Hotel fees The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....

"Park Dedeman Almaty offers superior experience services compared to the average Almaty hotel. The English-speaking staff facilitated smooth communication. While the room was clean and comfortable, I think it could benefit more from additional amenities to improve and meet international hotel standards. The breakfast buffet provided minimal options and was very limited. The absence of bidet sprays in the bathroom and the lack of a welcoming lobby area were noticeable shortcomings. Additionally,...
