"We only stayed for 1 night but had a great experience made use of the lovely, big pool area. A lovely 5-10min stroll from the hotel to the parks & great to be able to access via the quiet security gate (a breeze compared to the manic security section as you enter from the main car parks). The water taxi was also a fun & relaxing options. Hotel room wasn't massive but nicely decorated, clean & modern. Food purchased from the pool bar was good huge portions. "This property was nice because it had made to order food on premise, a shuttle to Universal, a large pool with ample seating and multiple lifeguards, well-maintained grounds, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortably laid out. The shower was a nice design. The room flooring was wood-like but was very dusty. The beds were not comfortable enough for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
