The property wasn't clean.The carpets had paper and trash all around.The property is outdated needs a upgrade. The toilet has a lingering noise when you flush.I stayed for three nights and was given a half of roll of tissue. I called the front desk three times asking for toilet paper.I never received it.I had get tissue from a housekeeper that was outside another room.It's to many other properties in the area to stay there.

The resort is close to many restaurants and gift shops, but our room did not get cleaned or serviced. When we have checked in the room the floor was still dirty and has not been swept. One of the staff was rude and did not allow a recheck in.

Do NOT stay here! IT’s advertised as a resort but it’s more of a MOTEL. The entire property is DIRTY, the rooms are old and ran down don’t let the pictures fool you. The was were patched up the paint was chopping off the walls. There was hair in the beds, we were moved to another room that wasn’t any better. The bathroom was one of a motel, and also had lost if dust and hair in it. The air quality was terrible in the room. They had a warning sign to not turn off the A/C due to the terrible ventilation. The microwave was dirty. The desk and ice bucket was very dusty. The room smelled terrible. The couches in the lobby are worn out and stained as if they’ve been there for years and have never been cleaned. This place is a catfish. NOTHING like the pictures online. I over heard multiple guest complaining to the front desk in passing throughout my stay. This place is a not the place to stay TRUST ME. This review is coming from one who rarely complains or even leave reviews.

I came here for three days with my boyfriend for my birthday and I had the best birthday weekend ever. We had an amazing room in the towers (the view was breathtaking ) and we were close to so many food areas and activities to do

The facilities are noticeably outdated, and the overall condition of the property leaves much to be desired. Accessing the rooms involves navigating poorly maintained or nonexistent carpeting, and there is a persistent odor throughout the premises. It appears the hotel is used primarily for long-term housing, which impacts its atmosphere. The rooms themselves are in dire need of renovation, and the noise levels are disruptive, with sounds from traffic, other guests, and even staff conversations echoing between hallways and rooms. Unfortunately, this environment is not conducive to rest or relaxation, making it one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced.
