We were upgraded and had an amazing room. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Bathtubs/showers could use an upgrade. Overall we were very happy.

One thing I found that it was not to the standard of the hotel was that the mattresses were old. One of the bed had basically a hole on one side making uneven and very uncomfortable to sleep in and the room smells like humidity. It does matter if you pay less for the rooms the quality of product and service should be good.

Ran out of parking spots at the Dolphin one night,so we had to park at the Swan which was inconvenient. Easy walk to Epcot.
