daughter and i traveled to PA for work. hotel was cheapest on expedia. key card never worked, if both of us left room it meant walking in cold to front desk to hv keycard renewed. we were given rooms which already had someone staying inside it or just leaving it. luggage was on bed, bags of trash was on floor. two instances of front desk bamming on door, trying to get into room, not knowing we’ve paid for week stay or added days online, meant waking daughter and me out sleep after i’ve worked night shift. there was no toilet cover to seat so setting anything on toilet tanks lid was at own risk. some random lady asked if me and daughter would come chill in her room so she could hv excuse to get rid of guy in there. i mentioned leaving, was told manager would refund which was lie! we lost 6 days of money when leaving

The area they put us I near the dumpster and mattresses laying all around it…. Had to check out early because a winter storm was coming and they kept our pet fee and hopefully they will give us our 50.00 deposit back but we have to wait a week for our own money
