"The staff at the Santa Justa Hotel were EXCELLENT!!! They were GREAT!!! The staff was Professional and extremely helpful. My wife got sick during the trip and one of the staff walked with me to show me where the nearest pharmacy was located so I could get some over-the-counter medication for my wife. "Great place to stay, I would have given five stars for all categories, however, the one complaint my wife and I had was the heat was on in the room in November. I do realize Europe cools down in November and the people that live there find the outside temperatures cool. For those of us that are more acclimatized to lower temperatures the excessive heat in the rooms was stifling. Even with the windows open the room was still too warm. Even after complaining twice, we were told the whole building...

"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "

"Service from everyone of the staff was excellent!! Loved that the hotel took the time to celebrate my wife’s birthday with me which was surprising given the fact all I did was mention her birthday at the front desk. Definitely a five star plus rating from us !!! "
