"Hall Chiado was extremely clean, updated, comfortable beds, excellent location and responsive staff. The only downfall was the hostel above. They had people above my room that were making a lot of noise all week after 11pm, sometimes up to 1am. Although the rooms have great soundproofing for city sounds, that did not prevent the noise from the room above. Overall I highly recommend this property and I would stay there again, but hopefully not below the loud people. "

"The customer service and attention to detail are truly amazing! We were offered a complimentary glass of wine on arrival and Jorge took his time to go through showing us places to visit and eat. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Nothing was too much trouble at this hotel, we could help ourself to coffees from the machine and cakes in the afternoon.
