"Just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel, which proved to be a perfect base for our stay at Krakow. Takes aboit 10 mins to walk to the main square and the castle Is in a nice quiet area. Hotel was clean lovely decor and nice breakfast Very comfortable stay with friendly and efficient staff. Will return to this hotel "

"This is a very well positioned hotel located in the old town - be aware that there is another hotel with the same name in the centre. Sat nav took us to the other hotel. 10 minute walk into the Jewish Quarter. All local sites very close by. Easy walking to local sights and a very good tram service - one you understand how the tram system works! If you are planning a trip to Auschwitz on a tour, you would be advised to book ahead. We all stayed in a Cozy rooms which was perfect for a single occupancy. Very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, spoilt for choice. Everything was constantly replenished so no need to panic that the food was going to run out! The only down side was that service was slow at the bar, often only one member of staff manning the bar. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, snuggling up with blankets - a heater would have been much welcomed. "

"Great location could walk into the old city in 10 mins. bed was comfortable and housekeeping excellent. Did not use their breakfast option was pricey but the had a coffeemaker in the room. Very good restaurant next door. Hotel is across from a park. Hotel had it's own undrgrond parking garage..for a fee.Would stay here again."
