"This property feels like a hidden gem! My husband, who is VERY particular, was really impressed. The staff are amazing and so helpful, especially Tammy, the Manager, and Jess at the front desk! The amenities ( 2 indoor pools, hot tub, jacuzzi tub, spacious suites) are great. There are plenty of things to explore on the property and several things to do within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning!"

"My check in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and informed me about breakfast and the amenities. its a few minutes drive to sight and sounds and plenty of places to eat. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The windows had black out shades. Coffee, refrigerator and microwave. The only issue I had was the towels were hard. Nothing fabric softener can't correct. I loved the Dove pump soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Check out was so easy. Just drop your keys in a basket and leave. I would definitely stay here again "

"This was one of the best hotels we have visited in awhile. There was nothing that was overly flashy or fancy but the staff was incredibly nice and the entire atmosphere was very welcoming. Our room was spacious and very clean. We always book a hotel with a pool for my kids. This pool was perfect. The pool area was huge compared to most. The hot tub was spacious. We would definitely come back the next time we visit Lancaster."
