"The hotel and its staff are excellent. The facilities could not be faulted. A focus area for improvement would be around dining options. One of party has a vegetarian and gluten-free diet. The menu options between the restaurants and room service are not joined up. There were options on the room service menu that you could not get on the restaurant menu so the choice was really limiting. Also, not all staff were aware of the gluten free options available so we got different messages on...

"I love the hotel in so many ways. It's beautiful, with great and spacious rooms that are always clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. However, I did have one bad experience. I recommend not using their taxi service. For some reason, I was charged $70, while an Uber ride would have only cost $30. I felt overcharged, and to make matters worse, the driver didn’t drop me off right in front of the airport entrance. Instead, I was dropped off in the back area, which required me to walk for 10...

"The Manor Hotel is a class act. Excellent clean rooms, easy walk to many places of interest, near bus and trams... And the service is top notch. I have stayed twice now. A few years ago and just recently. They are helpful and friendly right from the point of check in. The rooms have high ceilings and are spacious. I would recommend this hotel."
