"Great food at a low price! The staff are all warm and welcoming especially waiter Marcel who was friendly, polite and knowledgeable! The hotel room was very small, the pillows were terrible, we ran out of loo roll in the second day! There were only enough toiletries for one person and the iron didn't take a single crease out of my clothes! The room was quiet except for the hour when the church chimed! Parking is like a max 7 minutes walk so don't pay for it! We were advised it was 15-20 minutes...

"The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the metro station which has 3 metro lines which are well connected to tourist attractions and central amsterdam so very convenient. The hotel is in a quiet residential area which has a lot of families so felt very safe as a solo traveller. It is an eco hotel where they ask at check in if you want to opt for room cleaning every 3 days rather than daily which if you do opt for, they give you a free drink voucher for the bar downstairs.
