The front desk helped me with finding an English speaking hospital for my daughter and changing rooms to accommodate her unexpectedly joining us (she had been with friends). "Excellent hotel in the middle of Can Tho's activity. Just by the river, it is convenient for visiting the floating markets. Several interesting pagodas are also in the vicinity. Last but not least, the staff were very helpful and extremely kind. This is an excellent choice when visiting Can Tho."

"Amazing staff, great location. But: Was not good value for money, compared to other Vietnam hotels. Very dated hotel, in need of update. A lot of trash around gardens. The food was very average. General style and decor of resort a bit barren and dated. Inadequate English of many staff (other than duty manager who was excellent). When I called ahead, the receptionist spoke inadequate English to guide me to how to get to the hotel. We did a cooking course that was o.k., but again minimal English...
