This absolutely exceeded my expectations. Room was one of the cleanest I’ve ever gotten. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, even to an early check in when it was not requested. Definitely recommend

We selected this hotel based on the pool. We called before making a reservation if there pool was operating and was told yes it was. When checking in we were told the pool was closed for cleaning and should be open an about an hour. We kept checking through the evening and told that it is still closed for cleaning and will be open in the morning. So our kids got up early to be told that it’s still closed for cleaning. I would have appreciated some honesty!

The kids that were in the pool were loud and swimming with street clothes and little supervision. There were 8-9, 10, 11-year olds. They were doing cannon balls in the pool. There was hair clumps in the hot tub. 3rd floor guests were heavy walkers!
