A two story chalet with over 1800sq ft of living area. As you enter the house into the living room there is a hideaway bed sofa, a 60” roku t.v. and blue ray dvd player. It is an open concept to the kitchen and sitting areas with a fireplace. On the main floor there is one bedroom with a walk in closet that can also be added privacy for a crib Up the spiral stairs you will find a washer & dryer, two bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms in each. Views of Beautiful trees and mountains throughout the house. 3 decks to enjoy the outdoors of this majestic place. This is a three story place with the bottom level having a separate entrance to an owners unit who may or may not be present during your stay

Our family had an incredible time staying at this chalet. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each had an en-suite! We really enjoyed the living room and kitchen, especially the views and wildlife outside! Great location, easy to walk to restaurants nearby. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Great Chalet in Girdwood
House was just as advertised and the perfect place to spend a night between Anchorage and Seward. We had 7 people in 2 families (kids age 3-8) and the space was large and accommodated us well. From here, did the Virgin Creek Falls hike and the Alyeska Tram which were super close.

Beautiful and roomy mountain chalet!
This house is amazing! Comfortably fit 6 adults, gorgeous views, great location. We were there only one night after spending 5 nights in an RV in Hatcher Pass, Denali NP, and Talkeetna on our way to the Kenai Peninsula, and its luxury was so welcome! I'm sure it would be really great in the winter due its proximity to the ski resort, its epic views, and overall coziness. The summer stay price point was very reasonable.

Nice place.well quipped and comfortable. Enjoyed the stellar jays and magpies that came to the window for food. Girdwood is a nice small town with train station close by and we were close to alpine air where we caught a helicopter to dog sledding . Also nice trails at the aleyeska resort

Absolutely amazing!
This place is stunning on the inside! It is spacious and so clean. Kitchen stocked with everything! Did I mention clean? Beyond clean. Would definitely stay there again. The pictures on the Vrbo site does not magnify the amazing quality of this house.

Traveling with 3 grandchildren. They explored the house, exclaiming “they have a toaster oven and games!!! Grandaughter loved the cozy lower level bedroom. Doing the SpencerGlacier/placer River float today! Hope the rain holds off.

What a beautiful location and home! Our family so enjoyed the private space we each had to relax on our bucket list trip to Alaska. The main room and kitchen were great spaces for together time. The back deck was a real bonus! One room could have used a fan as our stay was during a warm spell. Other than that it was a wonderful experience!

Amazing stay & host!
My family and I all agreed that this was our favorite house rental in our 2 weeks in Alaska! Not only did Paula communicate quickly, but she and her husband thought of everything in their beautiful home! Extra outlet plugs for charging, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and extra air mattresses plus toys (which our young children utilized). The home was amazingly clean when we arrived and we wish we could’ve stayed longer than the 2 nights we booked. Thank you Paula for a wonderful stay! You’re a great host!

Open floorplan with tree trunks on the inside and large windows for the great room gave a nice feeling of space and outdoors. The kitchen was furnished with modern appliances. If one has a large group as we did, a few might have to stand in the kitchen as there is seating space at the kitchen counter for 5. We were flexible so it was not that big of deal. Owners helped us manage our recycleables from our camping trip that we were having a hard time getting dropped off.
