No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. for 5 days in hotel and the experience was awesome. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better. "

"The stay was not good at all. We booked half board but hotel denied for the same . We booked 1 double bed but they given 2 single bed. Also Mr ashok attendant in the hotel was so rude. He said he will cancel the booking. We were helpless at 10 pm in the night that such bad hotel we booked. Terrible experience."
