Reservei dois quartos para 4 pessoas por dois dias. Expliquei que foram feitas duas reservas, em dias diferentes pois passaríamos apenas uma noite no hotel mas mudamos de ideia. A recepcionista localizou as reservas. Não fosse o despreparo dos funcionários e a falta de gerência (ou falta de vontade de trabalhar) teria sido bastante agradável. No segundo dia meu namorado estava em audiência no quarto e eu no outro quarto com meus pais, idosos. Por sorte atendi o telefone. Era a recepção dizendo que a diária do quarto havia vencido e deveríamos deixar o hotel. Expliquei que havia algum engano, que as diárias já estavam pagas. Na sequência, foi um show de horrores. No quarto que estava meu namorado, em audiência, com o aviso a mostra, no corredor, 'NÃO INCOMODAR', ENTRARAM TRÊS VEZES, SEM AO MENOS BATER NA PORTA. Perguntaram nome completo dele, sem explicar motivo. Das outras vezes serviço de quarto. Ele teve que pedir licença para a juíza, pausar a audiência. No quarto dos meus pais entraram também três vezes, sem bater na porta. Uma delas para novamente pedir para deixarmos o hotel. Fui na recepção pedir para falar com a gerente. Disseram que não estava. Na sequência, não conseguíamos usar o cartão para pedir comida e bebida, estavam desabilitados. Fui duas vezes seguidas pedir liberação. A recepção mentiu, na cara dura que o hoteis,com não havia passado a segunda reserva. Em nenhum momento a gerente foi se desculpar pelo ocorrido. O que era prá ser descanso, virou irritação.

O hotel é bonito, a limpeza boa! A equipe do café da manhã e jantar são muitos educados. A comida é boa, nada de mais! Quanto o atendimento na recepção não gostamos, falta preparo e treinamento ao lidar com hóspedes. No site diz ter secador de cabelo, ao chegar fomos informados que caso precise discar 9 e levariam no quarto, em um dos dias tentei ligar várias vezes mas não atendiam, desisti. Outra vez queria edredon, pois no quarto disponibilizam apenas lençol, liguei , atenderam falaram que levariam no quarto mas demorou, liguei várias vezes não atendiam precisei descer até a recepção, disseram que levariam no quarto, informei também que o telefone estava com problemas pois não atendiam, demorou novamente, depois tentei ligar para reforçar o pedido, atenderam!! Demorou mais um pouco e finalmente recebi os edredons!!!! Outro momento também queria soliticitar um outro serviço mas não atenderam o telefone! A equipe da recepção precisa melhorar muito!

Hotel muito bom, mas só tem uma piscina como lazer, e no primeiro dia da minha hospedagem, com o hotel lotado por conta das férias, um dos salões usados para o café da manhã estava sendo usado para um evento, gerando fila de espera para o café e mais filas para servir. Agora, me pergunto: mês de férias, hotel lotado e a administração prefere alugar/ceder um dos espaços para um evento particular, gerando desconforto para os hóspedes?

Houve necessidade de solicitar a presenca do tecnico para consertar o ar condicionado. A falha provocou a troca do apto. Observo que a manutenção precisa melhorar. Observo que o atendimento do tecnico foi bom: educado, atencioso, capaz e prrestativo (Sr Daniel).

Esperava mais do hotel. Fomos num feriado e estava absolutamente lotado, não havia espaço nas áreas comuns, o acesso ao nosso quarto era feito pela área da piscina, tivemos que passar entre os hóspedes q estavam naquela área. A noite choveu mto e nos molhamos para acessar nosso quarto. Café da manhã mto bom, mas nada de especial. Enfim esperávamos mais do hotel.
