"Outstanding hotel !!! Couldn’t have been happier to stay at this hotel …from the location being so close to Haneda airport , we were traveling with 2 small children from NY so after a long flight it was great to be just 12 mins from the airport with the limousine bus stopping right at the front entrance. The staff was efficient and attentive the min we arrived, we had a room on the 24th floor and they took care of all our luggage. The hotel main areas are gorgeous and very elegant and modern , there are 3 restaurants and we enjoyed breakfast with lots of variety. The hotel is literally next door to a really nice Shopping mall which my wife and the kids enjoyed, the daiba train station is right downstairs in front of the hotel and there’s a 24hr family mart outside the doors of the hotel. They thought of everything! If you’re planning to stay somewhere with your family , this hotel is definitely the one to book with incredible views of Tokyo , Tokyo tower , the Tokyo bay. We absolutely loved it !!! "

"The room was standard, with all the usual extras. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but it did get very crowded and some people were being rather greedy with the little pastries. The hotel bus to Shinagawa station was convenient, especially when loaded with baggage. Lots of eateries and amall supermarkets in the block around the hotel."

"I was very impressed with my stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay and hope to visit again in the near future! I had a jam-packed trip so I didn’t get to use or experience many of the hotel facilities, however my room and comfort was exceptional. My view of the park was breathtaking and everything was very straightforward and easy in terms of check in/out. I made use of the 2F luggage storage on my first day as I arrived several hours before check in. There was a variety of food options available at the hotel across several restaurants, as well as convenience stores in the lobby area. I also made daily use of the complimentary shuttle bus to/from Maihama station and the Resort Monorail station. I was initially torn between the Hilton and Sheraton, but I am very happy that I chose the Sheraton. - ASH"

"As expected, right at the airport. Good for catching early or late flight. Very continent if that is the purpose you are intending. "

"Very convenient. Easy check in and out, staff very helpful. Only thing I dislike is the small room. But, I will stay here again on my next trip to HANEDA Japan."
