Enjoyed very much for the foot bath. It is so relaxing and complimentary from Villa Fontaine. The ministop convenience store is the added bonus to the hotel. The walking distance to Ariake Garden is the best.

The shuttle and baggage lock is great for those needing to go to the airport. The surrlunding area is clean, safe, and has a lovely shopping mall. The rest of the city is easily accessible via the Yamanota line that offers great views of the waterfront.

Excellent front desk staff and service as well as the ones who keep our room clean. So appreciative of all their services. The Onsen staff also was very helpful until I got the hang of what to do. Everyone was professional but so kind!!

Perfect walking distance to the trade fair. And most of all, best onsen (spa) I have seen yet in Tokyo. Real hot springs. Perfect to relax you after a full day doing business at the fair. A little far from nightlife, but that can be solved quickly by a short taxi ride or a few stations on the subway or sky train.

Great sized room for a family of 4. Excellent facilities, staff helpful, free shuttle bus to key areas. Great access to Ariake Garden shopping centre and convenience stores (literally next door). About 5-7 mins walk to nearest train and 5 mins to bus. Can also walk to Team Lab too. Good in terms of being equal distance from everywhere by train-city centre, Shibuya area and Disneyland!
