Great location convenient to St Pancras Train station and other things to see nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Very helpful staff. It is snug but worked perfect for a couple. Will be staying again soon.

Clean, well located apartment with good amenities (hair dryer etc.). Great welcome by Ali, showed me how to use the key codes, and off I went. Next time I'm heading to London I'll be booking in again!

I booked this hotel even though it was expensive. However, it met all my expectations and more. Staff very friendly and they anticipate your needs. I recommend but it is a higher end hotel so it won't come cheap.

"The location is perfect for me which is why I keep going there and many aspects of the hotel are good but the room service is poor. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. ..."
