In a quiet neigboohood, 1 km from the Chambre d'Amour beaches , this house offers quality materials, careful decoration and brightness.

The discovery of this property begins with the spacious double living room opening onto large bay windows for a full access to the 60 m² terrace facing the garden and heated pool.

A fully equipped kitchen follows with an extension to an office space and a laundry area are available.

The first double bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be converted into a 160cm bed.
A shower room is located next to the bedroom.
A separate toilet completes this level


Upstairs are revealed three bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with double sink (bath + shower) and a separate toilet
- A stunning master suite overlooking the garden with plenty of storage space as well as a shower room and an adjoining toilet.

Villa Julia
Villa Julia is a beautiful villa with fabulous fittings. The villa has been meticulously created and hosts some very beautiful pieces, it is very comfortable and spacious. It is a well thought out Villa with everything you would need for a lovely family holiday. We would certainly book this villa again, position is perfect in easy reach of Biarittz and local amenities.

This is an excellently appointed and equipped property in a quiet area of Anglet but within easy reach of everything. We had a seamless experience and can’t really find anything to fault. Probably the best bed we’ve ever slept in on a holiday ! The heated pool was just right and it felt very secure. A 10/10

Wonderful stay
Our stay at Villa Julia was outstanding. The house was beautiful— very clean, and everything we needed was there. The pool kept the kids busy for hours, and there was plenty of space for 2 families to feel right at home. Location was perfect and close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Villa Julia
My family and I had the best time in Biarritz staying at Villa Julia. We had a bad experience with the previous villa that we rented and from the first minute we contacted “Easy Cles” we could tell we were in good hands. Manu and Delphine were extremely helpful and dedicated with us. The property “Villa Julia” was beautiful, well located and super clean. We got a welcome rosé bOttle of wine and delicious French patisserie selection. The house had everything we needed and beyond to make our stay full of joy and confortable. We would definitely come back and we recommended it to all our friends. Thank you again Manu and Delphine. You guys are the best!
