My stay at Çankaya Suit Hotel was absolutely fantastic, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating! The hotel excelled in every aspect, providing a truly amazing experience. The only minor disappointment was that the hot tub was out of service during my visit, which was a shame as I was looking forward to using it. However, this small issue was overshadowed by the exceptional service, comfortable and stylish accommodations, delicious food, and convenient location. I highly recommend Çankaya Suit Hotel for a memorable stay in Ankara!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. First, none of the staff speak English, so we had to rely on Google Translate for everything. The room itself, aside from the poor view and lack of cleanliness, had a strong, unpleasant smell (a mix of smoke and sewage). Housekeeping was nonexistent, and overall, it wasn’t a pleasant place to stay. Unless you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in the Kizilay area and don’t mind the drawbacks, I’d suggest staying elsewhere. The only positive aspect is the location.

The rooms were very dirty. Even though we had pne of the Most extensive room, suit with jacuz, ir was half used bottles with Shampoo left, Haie in the jacuzzi, trash on the wardrobe and used slippers. The room was bot cleaned Daily at all, and there was coffe and tea for dree, but also used Cups. Unlike in the decrption and the staff does not care at all.

Cagatay

23:00 sularında giriş yaptık. Jakuzi bölgesi temizlenmemiş ve yerlerde sular vardı, ayrıca buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Biraz bekleyin çözelim vs demek yerine direkt ücret farkı almadan comfort odadan deluxe odaya aldılar. Bu güzel gelişmeydi. Yeni odada jakuzinin bir noktasında elektrik kaçağı var gibiydi. Elimizle hissedebiliyorduk. Bunun dışında ulaşım olarak Kızılay'a çok yakın, çevrede birçok olanak mevcut. Ankara'ya tekrar geldiğimde tekrar kalmayı düşünebilirim.

Çankaya Suit Hotel'de konakladığım için çok mutluyum! Otel beklentilerimden fazlasını sundu. Odalar çok konforlu ve temizdi. Personel oldukça kibar, güler yüzlü ve her konuda çok yardımcıydı. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkezi, her yere kolaylıkla ulaşabildim. Güler yüzünüz ve kaliteli hizmetiniz için çok teşekkür ederim. Bazı eksikler tamamlanırsa çok güzel bir otel.

İlk konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldığımız için tercih ettik lakin bu sefer temizlik anlamında maalesef kötüydü. Odada ve banyoda saç vardı. Geçen sefer de temizlik konusundaki yorumlar sebebiyle endişe ederek gelmiştik ama yorumların aksine odamız gayet temizdi. Şimdi böyle bir odayla karşılaşmak bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Umarız yorumumuza dikkat edip bu konuya daha çok özen gösterirler çünkü genel olarak güzel bir otel. (Hizmetten bir puan kırma sebebimizse bir ay kadar önceki konaklamamızda aynı fiyata deluxe odada konaklayıp bu sefer standart odada kalmamız.)

Öncelikle merhaba kapıda güler yüzlü bir kadın resepsiyonist tarafından karşılandık. Bu hoştu, ancak hotels com sitesi bilgilerinde otopark ve ücretsiz vale hizmeti olduğu belirtilmesine rağmen otopark tadilat da şu anda kullanılamaz olduğunu ogrenince rezervasyon yaptırdığıma pişman oldum. Çünkü Çankaya da araç parkı büyük sorun. Temizlik yeterli seviyede. Jakuzi guzel, oda geniş ve ferah, tv yayını güzel, buzdolabı yeterli. Otopark sorunu olaz ıse tekrar konaklama yapmak isterim.
