"It was a very nice apartment but there was no air conditioning which made our stay very uncomfortable. The apartment is also located in a very good location in the square at the old town but this also made it very loud especially having to sleep with the windows open for air. "On arrival at NALA, the friendly staff offered us complimentary prosecco and 2 free welcome cards, a scheme which gives you free transport on tram services and most local buses. Also gets you discounted entry to some attractions. Our room (505) was immaculate, quirky, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Mountain views from the bed and living room made it extra special. We didn't have breakfast there during our stay but noticed it was a popular choice with other guests. Just a minute or two...

We went for skiing and there was an excellent storage room for skiis and heater for boots. "Good location, spacious rooms. About a 10 minute walk into town and right opposite the station. Quiet hotel, very quiet rooms. Didn’t love the interior upstairs much, felt very hospital like. Good view of the mountains. Big negative point was We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping to clean our room a single day besides on the 1st day when we asked a few times for someone to clear the bins. We mentioned the rest of the days before leaving for someone to clean but nothing was done...

"This botique hotel is a great place to stay - it's convenient to both the train station and the sights of Innsbruck, staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and light, with nice decor and coffee/tea making facilities. The only thing missing that didnt affect us too much was a fridge. Our family suite was in the eves - 2brm, 2 bathrooms with separate toilets and a lovely view. Would highly recommend."
