But the hotel and staff were great. On our last day there was some deck renovations happening which caused a headache but then we went during a low peak time so work was happening around the site. "Loved this resort! From a fantastic check in with Başak to checkout, we really enjoyed our stay. Great, fresh and varied food at all times of the day - never boring. Great ambiance, with fabulous live musicians - really talented flutist and acoustic guitarist, who really added to the atmosphere. Amazing scenery, flawless decor, super clean and safe. Try the Italian restaurant. It's lamb shank and steak are delicious. Special thanks to the lovely Başak for the amazing upgrade and to the wonderful Ellie in guest relations for the fabulous meal. Special mention of the lady on ice-cream and desserts - she always had a smile on her face - great service. Our stay wasn't nearly long enough. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended."
