"A bit of gold this hotel, fantastic place. Can't fault it from day one, beautiful. The staff cannot do enough for you and always greeting you with a smile. Recommend anyone to try it out. They have private cars to take you out and about. There is full turkish spa and you are treated like royalty. Just a wonderful hotel "

"So the hotel is average not worth the money the noise is horrendous with all the dogs outside barking all night got no sleep when I mentioned this to staff night and day they advised get another hotel ! Breakfast is poor and not much choice only fruit not to far from the shopping and places to eat would have to get taxi 10 minutes would not recommend to anyone "

The housekeeping team was exceptional, with one standout member, a lady named Chef, who went above and beyond to keep our room spotless. "We stayed for 6nights, the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed we had a nice view of the beach from our balcony. We mainly only at the main dining restaurant for dinner, we wanted to try the steak restaurant but we left it too late and it was fully booked. There are plenty of food options and for the most part the food I tried was good. Even if you're a picky eater I'm sure you'll find something you like. We had lunch at the Italian and burger restaurant which was pretty nice. The spa facilities were great we had massages done and the Turkish bath which was a great experience. As it was relatively cold we didn't go into the sea. The hotel has a lot of facilities and things to do around the premises. There's an arcade which we visited a few times. The gym was amazing ! Very big and lots of great equipment one of the best hotel gyms I've been to. I'd definitely recommend staying at the Concorde hotel if you're in Antalya. It's also not very far from tourist attractions you might want to visit such as Kaleici and land of legends. The service was great on our last day we had an evening flight the team allowed us to use the facilities for the whole day with no extra cost as it was fully booked so we couldn't do a late checkout. "

Great hotel

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff, the jacuzzis need some maintenance, the plug wouldn’t come out to empty so they kept having to send a handyman then for the last 2 days the plug wouldn’t sit flush so I didn’t have use of the jacuzzi for the last 2 days which was disappointing. Food was really good, hotel on the whole clean and looked after. A little outside of everything but there is a convenience shop opposite the main entrance "

"My stay at Club Hotel Sera was like staying in a palace. I stayed there for 4 nights and it had a regal ambience right from the lobby to the guest rooms. I loved the decor and layout of the hotel. Hotel staff were super attentive and dedicated to guest needs, always smiling, saying hello and finding ways to help. I give the staff an A all around, from the front desk, to the bartenders, waiters and housekeeping. My room was clean and the food selection throughout the hotel was excellent. I arrived late in the evening and I like that I had the option to eat at the Soup hall that night because I was quite famished on arrival. I will stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Antalya. "
