"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Akra. The hotel is large, clean, and very well staffed/serviced. They left champagne and wine for us in the honeymoon suit. There are several nice pools. We ate well at the main restaurant and the Full Board option with buffet and drinks was well worth the daily fee. The food was fresh and varied. There is a fun outdoor cocktail lounge, a great gym, and a spa. The services like the spa and laundry are a bit pricy but overall the quality was very commensurate...

"I liked it because it’s nature around the property. The snacks bar close to the pools are excellent if you don’t like to walk much specially in the hot weather! The food is very good, but the only complaint I could make is to keep the fruit and dessert more cooler in hot season. needs to improve more in cleaning, specially the shower rooms. Water sports too expensive. Very good customer services. "

"Hotel building/rooms definitely needs some renovation. Not that they are bad, just not new. Rooms are pretty small as well, but thats what you can check in room description so pretty much expected. Everything else is on very high level especially service and amenities. Animation can be improved in terms how active animators are in involving patrons, but list of activities is pretty extensive. Evening shows are of good quality as well. Overall its very good hotel for families with kids"
