"I have come to expect certain accommodations when we travel. A clean comfortable room where I feel secure is a given. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this hotel. Not only did they meet our minimum standards, but they exceeded my expectations by providing us with friendly service. The hotel staff had a wine opener we could borrow. "Like this chain. However, specifically requested light housekeeping service and not done. Supervisor was in room next door and was very apologetic and offered me points for a free night stay, took my information but didn’t follow through either. This same issue with housekeeping also happened to us at the Nashville location."
