"Communication with management was easy and we were greeted when we arrived and given a tour including how to work the gate to the property, appliances, AC units and everything in between. "First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. At night driving to the villa, you have to be weary of the roads as the drivers can be reckless. I communicated with Necole and Tewana who are very lovely people (mother and daughter). "This is our 6th time in Antigua - all times at Jolly Beach. Our 3rd time on South Finger, which is ideal for a quick walk to Jolly Beach. Romeo, Property Manager, arrived a couple of minutes after us. As the villa was unlocked, we were able to get inside immediately upon our arrival. "Villa as described very well kitted out with everything in the kitchen. and good A/C . Only downside is that it is located on the North finger at Jolly Harbour to far to walk to the main areas ie Supermarket. You will need a Golf Buggy. Overall good host and I would book again."

"We enjoyed our stay in these roomy apartments. We were 4 adults and so there was ample space and comfort. We needed to be close to the harbour and our sailboat, so these apartments were within easy walking distance to our boat and to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and shuttled us back to our boat with our luggage when we left. Would recommend these accommodations."

"The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "

"The Villa was great, views of the bay and ocean amazing. Always a strong o ran breeze to keep the temperature down while outside on the numerous decks. Snorkeling in the bay outside the Villa was terrific and we spent hours everyday in the water. The only thing missing in the house is a microwave (popcorn lovers that we are). "The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. "Place was probably pretty nice 10 years ago. It is in need of some updating especially the hideabed couch in Room 2. It was absolutely the most uncomfortable couch ever The bed was good. Bathroom and bedroom are upstairs. It would be nice if they had blackout curtains for the window on the stairs. The house behind the hotel has 6 floodlights that flash on and off all night. This makes it difficult for sleeping. There are small ants so make sure if you have any food on the counters you put it in...

"I have stayed here on 3 different occasions. Love the property, the experience and the friendliness of the staff! They are terrific! The food is absolutely wonderful! Rooms could do with a little updating/remodeling. But most of the time you’re out anyway. I would def recommend as well as stay again?"
