"We ended up staying here for a total of almost 2 weeks. We would stay here and then check out to go do treks in the jungle, but then always return to this hotel. The property is beautiful, kept in perfect condition. Everything is very clean, there is always hot water. They have a free baggage storage service, that's nice. "Absolutely amazing stay. Unlike any hotel I have visited before with a fascinating back story. We loved wandering the grounds and exploring the hotel. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, and they offered many activities. We did the cave tour (a must!), the beer and chocolate tasting, the long trail walk, a horseback ride, and a night hike. The food was phenomenal, and they catered to our vegetarian diet.
