The decor leads you to believe you are in a 5 star hotel, but the air con in the room is tiny, the room was never cold. The all inclusive buffet has lots of options however the taste is lacking. This hotel services primarily an Italian population however all Italian dishes were average at best. Staff moves super slow. I spent my birthday at the resort and booked a private beach side dinner.
