"We really enjoyed having delicious meals on our room’s terrace. The view overlooking the gardens to the ocean was spectacular and the food exceptional. Our room and bathroom were fresh, clean, and spacious. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The owner suggested a great restaurant close to the port on Nosy Be where we could wait for our boat to Nosy Komba and arranged transportation. He also drove us to a nearby restaurant, one night, when his chef had a family emergency and couldn’t...

"We have been in Madagascar 3 weeks and Tropical Paradise Hotel is still our favorite hotel. It is a short tuk tuk ride from town and tuk tuks wait at the road. The staff is amazing, the restaurant is good and the rooms are comfortable except the bed. The only negative we have is that the mattress was thin and after 5 nights it got pretty uncomfortable. I wish I had asked the staff to change it though, because I bet they would have."

Gave his personal number when we got stuck in Antananarivo, calming and supportive. Highly recommend the Excursion team. Despite language barrier, they really tried to make sure we got what we wanted."

"It was super noisy (loudest music I ever experienced) by the nearby night clubs till 2:30am, with no sleep and waking up early to do excursion. I was super tired due to lack of sleep that I had to cut my paid tour activities. "

"horrible..deja l adresse ne correspond au site erreur d hotel.com.le lieu est trop loin de la ville.les prix des repas ne sont pas affiches ..prix tres chers et a la tete du clients.la patronne voulait nous faire payer les petits dejeuners et veut de l argent cache .refuse les cartes bancaires et les lits trop durs et vieux..bon point juste la piscine. "Je vous ai deja envoyé un mail disant que la patronne de l’établissement etait en dessacord avec vous et me demander de repayer. J’ai dormi une seule nuit. La chambre ne correpond pas à votre photo. Pas de groupe si coupure. Coupure d’eau .. emplacement tres bruyant.. Je vous ai demandé le remboursement, mais j’attends toujours une réponse de votre part."
