"It's a very reasonably priced hotel with thoughtful amenities. The location is excellent, it is next to 711 and across the street from Donke superstore. The staff is very nice and friendly. There is a water dispenser, laundry, and places to sit and work downstairs. The room is small but the comfortable beds and deep bath tub make up for it."

"I stayed for here 1 night and found it to be a good option for budget travel. Very clean and quiet with excellent shared hygiene facilities. The floors are gender segregated for safety and the sleeping areas are very quiet . This was my first experience of a true "capsule" hotel and it was very novel to sleep in something that looked like Star Trek. There are plenty of dining options nearby . "The building is very old and smells bad. The room was a smoking room before they made it non-smoking. It smelled. The bathroom was old but clean. The window was sanded glass so it was not possible to check the weather from the room, one had to go outside to check it. The lack of coin laundry is definitely a negative. The stuff is very friend and helpful!"

"The furniture is nostalgic. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are cleaned throughly. The location of thr property is very ideal. Very walkable to most places of interest. The staff at the reception and in the lobby are fantastic people. I enjoyed my week in Sendai."
