"If you want to hang out along the waterfront and Thames Street in Newport, this is a good spot. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The staff was wonderful. Parking is available, which is a big plus for this area, even off-season. Our room was a bit small, especially the bathroom, but because of the high ceilings, the room felt bright and airy. This building is a National Historic Landmark, so you won't find an elevator. If that's an issue be sure to request a ground floor."

"Ashley at Serenity Inn was very welcoming, and the staff were very attentive. Parking availability and amazing breakfast makes this a must stay inn, I would choose this inn again if and when I return and I’ll definitely recommend."
