"The property in general was quite nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no onsite restaurant for dinner or a full regular bar. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch but only open till 6 (sometimes only till 2). There is a pool bar but what you’d expect for a pool bar, not for a nice dinner and a cocktail. "Very quiet culdesac right on the beach. Kaanapali beach is one of the best - walk for miles on perfect sand, and good snorkeling. Most low-rise buildings are set back quite a ways so you can't see the beach. Very helpful front desk staff and lobby has been fully renovated. Hotel was probably built in the 70s judging some popcorn ceilings. Rooms are probably a mixed bag depending what you get. Ours had an updated kitchen with real stone counters, but the bathroom had old tile shower with...

"This was an amazing property and everything we were hoping for. The customer service was outstanding. We especially liked the tiki bar restaurant and server Wend-Orrie. Our room was very well stocked, and we were able to get clean sheets and towels within minutes of asking. The pools and property were very well-maintained and manicured. I would be hard-pressed to stay anywhere else after this wonderful experience."
