Furniture was dirty(hair was on it). Bathroom sink was dirty (dried toothpaste on it) Towels were nasty and dingy with stains on them. Luckily I travel with my own towels.

Theres a large tile that extends under the toilet and everytime you step on it or sit on the toilet, it rocks back and forth and makes a loud popping noise, and feels like its going to break. That really should be addressed. I expected more from the breakfast but it was just ok ,everything else was good.

The door to room had a lot of light around it from the hallway, the toilet ran and the toilet was not stable. Breakfast was a big disappointment, very little variety and no hot eggs, sausage, oatmeal, etc.

Dust all over, bed was hard, dryer did not work, shower curtain torn and toilet paper holder was coming off cabinet. Was very disappointed as brought my mom there for concert. Was not wortv the money spent.

I booked at this place on friday january 10th at around 7pm. We were on our way when the conditions on the road deteriorated real quick. The bridges and roads started to freeze. I called the hotel around 8pm because we knew we were not going to make it. The lady thay answered the phone simple just told me that due to the rules she couldn't give me a refund, i think these rules shouldn't apply when it come to weather unexpectedly making it impossible for us to make it. They could've atleast refunded me half i would've been ok with that.

The TV did not work, toilet leaked, and there were roaches in the bathtub. They still charged full price knowing the TV did not work. I would not stay here again.

Right next to the casino which is good. However, spending 240 a night at this crap hope is a scam. The sell flat soda, claim the have no blankets, lobby smells like urine. Etc etc. the website needs to be updated to properly reflect the facility. They are scammers.

Check in was long because the girl at counter was talking too much, it wasn't the talking but it was her sole focus and made it take too long. She forgot to hand is out credit card and license, the line started growing and she had no urgency. TV didn't work but apparently weather knocked out a satellite, so not their fault. Room was nice and clean, shuttle to casino and no problem finding parking.
