"The hotel was very nice and I was content for the most part with my stay. My only complaints were the limited hours in which the shuttle service was offered. Even just one or two more trips being added would have made it so much more convenient. I did appreciate this service and thought it was a great addition due to the hotel location. My other complaint was that after accidentally dropping an earring down the sink, I went to go ask the front desk if there was someone that could come help open...

"Cute boutique hotel on the edge of downtown. We had an absolute fantastic view but the bed was a bit uncomfortable and it was hot in our room unless we opened the doors. The “make your own breakfast” was a new experience and we enjoyed it. The hotel offers fun and funky features but does need a bit of maintenance. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall positive stay. "

"Sweet little hotel out of the super touristy area of town but just a few minutes walk from it, with plenty of dining options along the way, and very close to the water's edge, parks and famous Ushuaia sign. But bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, because if you get the front side of the hotel, you'll be woken up by locals on their motorcycles. Breakfasts were a mixture of European and North American, with something to please most. "
