"Property tired which is why it’s closing Feb 25 for upgrade. However staff, faculties are excellent and having stayed years ago we knew where we wanted to go. Look forward to returning when reopening."

"Good hotel but was really disappointed at the lack of a balcony , my fault for not looking at the website properly as it looked liked it had. Wouldn’t return for that reason only . No proper bar either !!"

"Excellent room, excellent dining, excellent staff, excellent pool! We spent 7 nights at the hotel. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. In particular, Giakhamo the restaurant/bar manager, his assistant Davida, and also Valentina, all of whom made our stay much more enjoyable. We didn't expect the restaurant and food to be as good as it was - it was outstanding! The room we had was first class with a lovely balcony and view and was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The bathrobes...

"A little issue on check in but that was 100% MY fault. I found all the staff to be polite and professional. Room was good and well maintained. Pool area also well maintained. All in all a nice hotel and if i was ever in that area again wouldn't hesitate to stay."

"from the outside, the buildings appear that they had their best timesnlong over; inside, the corridors and rooms are nicely refurbished, room was spacious with comfy beds and spacious terrace with nice views; towels are only changed once a week (unless paid for early exchange), same with housekeeping, so it's ok for a short stay but would not recommend staying loblnger than a few days; the area is very quiet so not ideal for families with kids that would like some more fun"

"At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. The hotel was in nice quiet area, but if you walk along the promenade which was close by you find several beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and other activities. "We loved our stay here as a family of four. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. I would personally steer away from the restaurant and breakfast, it’s over priced and it’s not that good. Go out for dinner and grocery store your own breakfast. Other than that tho it was perfect! "

"We had a great winter stay at Paloma Beach. It’s really easy to get to - only 20mins taxi ride (about 35 euro) from the airport. The apartment was basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the blackout blind plus shutters in the bedroom. All the balconies face towards the sea and had plenty of space. The TV had the main UK terrestrial channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4 and Channel 5). The kitchen had most of the basics needed. The pool was nice and had a shallow end for little ones. There were plenty of loungers and plenty of space but this might not be the case in high season. The little restaurant/bar on site served very good breakfasts with a British style menu which seemed to have something for everyone. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a super little spot for a cheap and cheerful break. "

Winter holiday

"Looking at the reviews i was unsure what to expect. Property was clean, quiet and staff were friendly. It wasnt mentioned the childrens entertainer would be there. Will was amazing, pool side entertainment and games until 6pm. No digger noises at all. The hotel was very quiet. Sunbathing - once the sun has gone from the pool (about5pm) there is a sun terrace at the back of the property with loungers and plenty of sun. Rooms are basic but everything you need for self catering and well equipped. Rooms cleaned daily. Bar is open in the eveni g, but not many people go as there is plenty to see just a short walk away. "
