However, sometimes the high tech appliances, such as the oven was difficult to operate so perhaps some instructions would be of help as we couldn't use it! "Upon evening arrival, found property uncleaned, and no clean bedding or towels available. Contact with locaL agent allowed a cleaning team to arrive next day, but no property alternative was suggested, and a sleepless night in sundry bits of possible clean bedding followed. the cleaners arived we departed to allow them to work on the property, upon our return found that shoes were missing, scooped up by the cleaners, local agent chased but never found.
